Chancellor Mark Wrighton, James Wertsch, director of the McDonnell Academy, and Jean Allman, J.H. Hexter Professor in the Humanities in Arts & Sciences and McDonnell Academy Ambassador to University of Ghana, traveled to the capital city of Accra in Ghana to sign papers making the University of Ghana the first partner university in Africa – and the 28th overall – in the McDonnell International Scholars Academy.
